The Riverfront Lift

The Riverfront Lift (水岸電梯) at the National Chengchi University (NCCU) officially opened on Dec. 22 after three months of successful test run, drawing students and alumni to try it for the first time.

The lift was located in the left bank of Jingmei Creek and was built to connect the university’s main campus and the Art & Culture Center.

The lift offers an alternative route for students and faculty if they need to walk from the main campus to the Art & Culture Center as well as to Bainian and Jitao Building.
