【Article by Secretariat】
A tropical depression (TD06) formed this morning southwest of Taiwan, with a high chance of intensifying into #Typhoon #Danas and there is a high probability that the Central Weather Administration will issue warnings.

Its path and strength are still uncertain. It may pass through the Taiwan Strait or near the island, causing varying wind and rain in different areas. The main impact is expected from Saturday afternoon, July 5, to Monday morning, July 7, starting in the southeast.

Faculty, staff, and students should prepare before leaving school and stay safe over the weekend. Avoid coasts, mountains, and rivers, and follow updates from the Central Weather Administration and the news.
