"Founded in 2014, the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures is the first Russian Center to be established in Taiwan in cooperation with the Russkiy Mir Foundation. The Department aims to popularize the study Russian language and culture, develop cross-culture dialog and strengthen understanding between Taiwan and Russia."
