In accordance with our information security policy*, all members of the NCCU community are required to change their email passwords. Please be informed of the following details:

Password Change Period:

• Start Date: June 27
• End Date: July 6

Beginning July 7, the system will enforce a mandatory password change upon login for anyone who has not updated their password during the specified period.

Steps to Change Your Password:

• Go to the NCCU homepage.
• Click on "eMail."
• Log in with your current credentials.
• On the left side, click on "Preferences."
• Select "Privacy."
• Choose "Password" and follow the prompts to change your password.

*According to the resolution of the 9th meeting of the Information Security and Personal Data Protection Promotion Committee on November 22, 2017:
"The school's password change policy mandates that passwords must be updated at least once a year. The new password must be different from the old one and must meet the strength requirements set by the email system to enhance account security."
