The visitors engaged in discussions about further collaboration opportunities with faculty members from NCCU's Department of Advertising, led by Dr. Yuhmiin Chang (Professor and Chair of the Department of Advertising, Associate Dean of the College of Communication, NCCU).

Attendees from Korea included Dr. Sejung Marina Choi (Professor, School of Media, Korea University, and the 29th President of the Korea Advertising Society), Dr. Yongjun Sung (Professor, School of Psychology, Korea University), Dr. Eunice Kim (Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, Ewha Womans University), Dr. Dong Hoo Kim (Associate Professor, Department of Advertising and Public Relations, Chung-Ang University), Dr. Jungyong Ahn (Research Professor, School of Media, Korea University), and Ms. Youngju Jung (Doctoral Student, School of Psychology, Korea University).

From NCCU, alongside the chair, Dr. Yuhmiin Chang, were Dr. Jhih-Syuan (Elaine) Lin (Professor, Department of Advertising), Dr. I-Huei Cheng (Associate Professor, Department of Advertising), Dr. Pei-Jung Cheng (Associate Professor, Department of Advertising), Dr. Kenny Chow (Associate Professor, Department of Advertising), and Dr. Chia-Hua Lee (Associate Professor, Department of Radio & Television).

The meeting, conducted in a warm and collaborative atmosphere, lasted for approximately one hour and began with a comprehensive introduction to NCCU, highlighting its rich academic tradition and areas of research excellence. The visiting delegation from Korea acknowledged the warm reception and hospitality extended by NCCU's Department of Advertising. They expressed a strong interest in establishing synergistic partnerships in teaching and research, with a particular focus on consumer psychology and emerging communication technologies. Dr. Yuhmiin Chang, who adeptly moderated the meeting, echoed the enthusiasm of the Korean delegates. She emphasized the potential mutual benefits of collaboration with the Korean institutions, noting NCCU's robust academic community characterized by innovation and cultural diversity. The participants' shared research interests and teaching expertise set a solid base for future joint initiatives and projects.

Dr. Sejung Marina Choi of Korea University introduced a new international degree program within the School of Media that will delve into the globalization of Korean culture through communication, advertising, marketing, and other facets. She discussed educational curricula tailored to international demands and the rapidly evolving media landscape. Looking forward to a new era of international cooperation, she highlighted NCCU's extensive experience in internationalization. As the incoming president of the Korea Advertising Society, starting in April, she envisioned an expanded collaboration with Taiwanese scholars in advertising and public relations through joint conferences and seminars, especially in partnership with the faculty of NCCU's Department of Advertising.
