Position: One (1) full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or above

Target Start Date: August 1, 2027

• Information and computing-related fields
• Hardware, firmware, and embedded systems

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent degree
• A strong commitment to teaching, research, and service
• English-language teaching ability is preferred

1. Curriculum vitae, including proof of academic and professional experience
2. Research statement
3. Teaching statement, including a list of courses you propose to teach
4. Publication list for the past five years. Please mark up to three representative publications and provide a URL or DOI for each.
5. Copies of your Ph.D. certificate, transcript, and dissertation
6. At least two letters of recommendation, sent directly by the referees to recruit@cs.nccu.edu.tw

The hiring committee conducts a preliminary review. Candidates whose expertise matches the position will be invited to interview. Final appointments are approved through the university’s three-level faculty evaluation committee.

• Monthly base salary from the Ministry of Education, plus an academic research allowance
