【Speaker Profile】
Yi-Ting Lin　has long been devoted to democratic education and digital civic literacy, and has guided hundreds of students in developing self-directed learning plans and digital projects. During their tenure as Project Manager of g0v’s “Zero-School,” they collaborated with civic tech communities from Taiwan, Japan, and Germany to explore and define digital civic literacy, instructional models, and resources, while mentoring youth on civic tech initiatives. Their team was selected as one of The News Lens’ “Future Leaders.”
They are currently the AI Literacy Program Manager at Taiwan AI Academy, working to integrate AI literacy into everyday life through locally developed teaching materials, teacher training, and cross-sector collaboration. They also co-founded the “Aha Island Learning Community” and the “Taiwan Experimental Education Cooperative,” actively engaging in educational issues through hands-on initiatives.

【Lecture Overview】
While many people emphasize the limitless possibilities of AI applications, this lecture invites you to examine the boundaries of collaborating with AI. We will explore often-overlooked limits in AI collaboration—from bias and privacy concerns to cognitive outsourcing and emotional attachment—and discuss what tasks can be delegated to AI and what must remain in human hands. Through real cases and practical approaches, we will explore how to stay clear-minded, intentional, and responsible when using AI, so we can truly use AI wisely.
