✨ Mentorshift: Connecting Mentors and Mentees

Mentorshift is a 4 month-long mentorship program, from September to December, led by members of the Global Shapers Taipei Hub, designed to support and empower young students in Taiwan through personalized mentorship, community building, and professional development.

👥Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor based on shared interests and goals, fostering meaningful one-on-one guidance over the course of several months. In addition to individual mentorship, the program includes curated workshops and networking opportunities, equipping mentees with tools to grow personally, academically, and professionally.
