Planned Schedule for Operations:

All remote access service ports on the university firewall will be disabled, including but not limited to SSH, TeamViewer, and AnyDesk.
Faculty, staff, and students who require remote access must log in via the campus VPN.
Vendors must apply for a one-day VPN account through their corresponding department and connect via VPN.

July 14, 2025 (Monday), 2:00 PM
Firewall settings for the Computing Center network segment will be adjusted. By default, all inbound network traffic from external sources will be denied. Exception rules will be configured to allow traffic from specific applications, IP addresses, or service ports.

July 29, 2025 (Tuesday), 10:00 AM
Firewall settings for the Administration Building network segment will be adjusted. By default, all inbound network traffic from external sources will be denied. Exception rules will be configured to allow traffic from specific applications, IP addresses, or service ports.

August 12, 2025 (Tuesday), 12:00 PM
Firmware update of the network firewall will be carried out.
