👤 Speaker
Professor Roy Gutterman is the Director of the Tully Center for Free Speech and a faculty member at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University. A former newspaper reporter and practicing lawyer, he writes and speaks extensively on media law, free speech, freedom of information, and journalist safety.

👤 Commentator
Assistant Professor Chien-Chih (Jesse) Lu teaches at the College of Communication, National Chengchi University. He received his Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) from Berkeley Law, University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on entertainment law, intellectual property, internet governance, platform accountability, media innovation, and digital entrepreneurship.
