According to the announcement on March 19, 2024, regarding significant adjustments to Microsoft 365 Education storage space, user accounts (@mail3.nccu.tw) will be deleted six months after graduation or resignation. The first execution of this rule was on July 1, 2024. Considering many users expressed they could not complete their backups in time, the usage period has been extended to August 31, 2024. Please complete your backups within this final open period.
