李光耀公共政策學院（Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy）是新加坡國立大學的公共政策研究生學院，致力培養和啟迪當今世界與未來領袖，以提升亞洲治理水準，改善人民生活，促進亞洲轉型。本校亦於2016年與新加坡國立大學締結姊妹校，深化彼此間的合作與交流。

The National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is committed to cultivating and inspiring current and future world leaders to improve the quality of governance and living standards throughout Asia as part of an ongoing regional transformation. In 2016, the School established a sister school relationship with the National University of Singapore to deepen mutual cooperation and exchange.

Paul Cheung教授是李光耀公共政策學院備受尊崇的學者，他曾於紐約聯合國總部擔任聯合國統計司司長 9 年（2004-2012 年）後，於 2013 年 1 月返回新加坡，自2020年4月1日起擔任亞洲競爭力研究所（Asia Competitiveness Institute, 簡稱ACI）主任。

Professor Paul Cheung, a well-respected scholar at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, returned to Singapore in January 2013 after nine years (2004-2012) as Director of the United Nations Statistics Division at UN Headquarters in New York. He is now the director of the Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI), a post he has held since April 2020.

Professor Cheung's keynote speech will present a new perspective on opportunities for Asia's development and competitiveness, drawing on his rich knowledge and experience in data science, public policy, and international development to offer valuable observations and suggestions for effective coping strategies.
