The presidential selection committee of National Chengchi University in Taiwan convened for the third time on May 13, 2022, and met with the three final candidates who had been put forward through the university’s internal selection process. Professors Tsai-yen Li, Hsien-ming Lien, and Wei-chi Tsai spoke about their visions for the university and took questions from members of the committee. The selection committee then deliberated and selected Professor Tsai-yen Li as the next president of the university for a four-year term starting August 1, 2022.
