Moodle will be upgraded to version 4.5 (Moodle45) and transition to an application-based system. The original version of Moodle will cease service on July 24, 2025. Please note the following schedule and key details:

[July 1: Moodle45 Launch]
Login Method: Access Moodle45 through the iNCCU portal.

Course Data:

Moodle45 includes course data from semesters 112-1, 112-2, and 113-1.

Data for 113-2 courses will be migrated during July 24–31, 2025.

[Starting July 15: Applications Open for 114-1 Courses on Moodle45]
Application Process: iNCCU > Academic Affairs System Web Portal > Faculty Information System > Faculty Information Integration System 
Click the "Moodle Course Creation and Merge Application" button in the corresponding course row.

Application Instructions:

1. Application for single course setup
2. Application for combined course setup
3. Cancellation of combined courses

Applications can be submitted at any time before the end of the semester.

[July 24: Termination of Original Moodle Service]
Backup Reminder: Faculty and students must back up necessary course materials before July 23, 2025. Access to data will no longer be available after the service ends.

[July 24–31: Temporary Service Suspension]
Reason: Migration of 113-2 course data to Moodle45 will occur during this period, and the platform will be temporarily unavailable.
