在上個世紀,控制石油便擁有了全球經濟權杖,而在數據先決的21世紀,擁有晶片製造實力的國家,成為決定產業榮枯的樞紐。

半導體產業是台灣與國際接軌的重要戰略,在疫情、戰爭等不確定因素影響下,洞悉地緣政治與持續創新同樣重要。培養兼具產業知識與國際關係洞察的人才,也成為鞏固台灣半導體龍頭地位的下一關鍵。

《地緣政治下的台灣半導體產業與全球競爭戰略 》(Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry and Global Competitive Strategies in Geopolitical Context)課程將深入淺出地帶領學員了解半導體產業,並從供應鏈管理、地緣政治等學門觀點出發,探討國際關係如何影響供應鏈。本課程將走訪Meta總部、台積電等企業。並敬邀權威學者、國際學生進行客座對談及專題合作。

注意事項

  • 完成表單填寫不等於錄取,主辦單位將於5/17() 17:00前以email通知合格學員,請留下有效聯繫資訊,並留意來信。資格不符則不另行接洽。
  • 考量參訪、場地預約需確切人數,合格學員請於5/31 () 17:00前完成保證金NTD$1,000元繳納,以便主辦單位結算。本費用將於修課完畢後全額退還。

Credits Offered!2-Week Intensive Program - The Semiconductor Supply Chain: An Overview (June 17-28)

In today's world, where the global IC design industry is thriving and major technology nations are paying close attention to TSMC, do you feel unfamiliar with the semiconductor industry and its supply chain? If so, here is your chance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor industry from scratch!

The course "Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry and Global Competitive Strategies in a Geopolitical Context" is jointly offered by the NCCU College of Commerce, International College of Innovation, and the International Master's Program of Applied Economics and Social Development (IMES). It will analyze the current situation and advantages of Taiwan's semiconductor industry from geographical, political, and economic perspectives.
 The course will feature lectures by industry experts from both Taiwan and abroad, and will also include visits to Meta and TSMC.

Other Notifications

  • Completing the form does not guarantee admission. The OIC office will notify qualified participants by email before 5:00 PM on May 17th (Friday).

  • Please provide valid contact information and pay attention to incoming emails. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be contacted separately.

  • Considering the need for exact numbers for site visits and venue reservations, qualified participants must pay a deposit of NTD $1,000 by 5:00 PM on May 31st (Friday). The OIC office will refund this fee in full after the course completion.

  • Please visit the OIC office (8th floor of the Administration Building) during office hours (9:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00) to make the payment. Contact Ms. Chen at extension 62829 or ningchen@g.nccu.edu.tw.

  • To ensure the quality of teaching, enrollment is limited. Please adhere to the registration and payment deadlines. If you miss the deadline, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list, and it will not be reserved.

  • During the course, photography and filming activities will be conducted, and participants will be asked to sign a consent form for the use of their images at the beginning of the course. If you have concerns, please inform the organizers.

  • The OIC office reserve the right to make final modifications, interpret, or cancel activities and will announce any changes on the website without further notice.

  • Credits for this course will be added after its completion and are not applicable to those participating in exchange programs, or undergoing changes in enrollment status in the 113-1 semester. Please pay close attention before the course to avoid affecting your rights.
